Kay-Lind Clothing Return Policy
At Kay-Lind Clothing, we do not offer refunds or order cancellations. Like most online boutiques, we provide store credit only for eligible returns.
To qualify for store credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with tags attached. Returns must be free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear. We kindly ask you to double-check your items before sending them back. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
Please note that swimsuits, bodysuits, accessories, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
All eligible items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Returns received outside of this window may be denied.
